General Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions outline the agreement between Prohairclinic and clients regarding its pigmentation services, appointments, cancellations, product sales, including liability, data protection, and service details.

1. Definitions and Interpretation

Company: Prohairclinic - S B haarpigmentatie, Boudewijnlaan 18, 2220 Heist-op-den-Berg, Belgium.


Goods: The items and products offered for sale via our Service.


Order: An official purchase of goods by you via our platform.


Service: The Website, accessible via https://www.prohairclinic.com/

You: The consumer or legal entity using our Service.


2. Your Right of Withdrawal (Cancellation)

In accordance with applicable consumer legislation, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.


Time limit: The cooling-off period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (not the carrier), physically takes possession of the product.


Notification: To exercise this right, you must notify us by means of an unambiguous statement. This can easily be done via email at: info@prohairclinic.com.


Refund: We will refund the full order amount, including shipping costs (if applicable for the outbound shipment), within 14 days of receiving your return notification. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or you have demonstrated that they have been shipped.


3. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a full refund, the goods must meet the following criteria:


The product has been registered within the 14-day period.


The product is in its original, undamaged packaging.


The product has not been used, opened, or damaged.


Exclusions (No returns possible)


The following items are legally excluded from the right of withdrawal:


Hygienic products: Products whose seal has been broken after delivery (such as after-treatment lotions, shampoos, or supplements) cannot be returned for reasons of health protection.


Custom-made: Goods manufactured specifically according to your specifications.


Perishable goods: Products with a limited shelf life. Sale items: Please note: According to 2026 legislation, you retain your right of withdrawal for discounted items as well, unless the specific exceptions mentioned above apply.


4. The Return Procedure

You are responsible for the costs and risks of the return shipment to our warehouse.

Important tips:

We recommend using a traceable shipping method (Track & Trace).


Keep your proof of shipment safe. Without physical receipt or a valid proof of shipment, we cannot proceed with a refund.


5. Handling of Gifts

Sent directly: Was the product marked as a gift and sent directly to you? Then you will receive a digital voucher worth the value of the return shipment.


Sent indirectly: Was the product not marked as a gift or sent to the giver themselves? Then we will refund the amount to the original buyer's account.
