handrukWe give a guarantee that over 95% of all transplanted hair roots will be producing hairs after 12 months. The transplanted hairs will continue to grow, given the normal growth phases of a hair. If there is no growth after 12 months, we offer a free session or your money back. The guarantee lapses as soon as the patient undergoes a hair transplant at another institute. Neither does the guarantee apply when hair loss is observed that is the result of special medication, disease, radiation...

Bookings

A booking for a set date is only valid if the deposit is paid on time. Deposits are strictly non refundable.
It is not possible to change the date of a booking, except if the patient is ill or in case of force majeure, but will lead to loss of the deposit.

Deposit payment

When you make a booking, we will ask for a down payment of 20%. This must be paid within 2 weeks of booking. If the deposit is not received within that period, the reservation will be cancelled.
