Balance Payment
Deposit policy
When making a booking we require a deposit of 20%. This must be within 2 weeks after booking to be paid into our account. All payment instructions are provided to you by e-mail when making a reservation. If the deposit is not received within this period, the reservation will automatically be canceled. Advance payments are strictly non refundablee.
Changing or cancelling the reservation date
Changing a booking date is not possible except when the patient's is sick or in cases of force majeure. The deposit is retained only in case your original treatment date can be rescheduled.
Payment - balance
The remaining amount is paid before the start of treatment.
