Sessions of 2000 or more grafts per day are more now possible

Some institutes make it appear that an FUE hair transplant is only suitable for small hair transplants. Nothing could be less true - we can transplant up to 3000 grafts (or approx 6600 hairs) in 1 session (about 2 successive days).

FUE is also suitable for transplanting large numbers of hairs
Currently we are able to transplant up to 2000-2500 grafts (follicular units, sometimes also known as grafts) per day on the same patient. This means that we can transplant up to 4000 grafts on 2 successive days. This is much more than an average strip/FUT procedure.

Hence patients who choose FUE treatment will mostly be able to have more hairs transplanted than in 1 strip procedure. This is a pure time saving; the patient will have his end result more quickly.
